i guess its suposed to but i think its buged when i summon a unit the other bar flashes but doesnt increase at all same for if i use a action with a full bar it doesnt transfer it just goes to waste for me
there is a certain portion that transfers… once you find out how much transfers and how much you need for units you can make a pattern. it will change depending on how many bars your units need.
a little more then 2 spell bars will get you about 1 unit bar
a little more then 4 spell bars will get you around 2 unit bars
6 spell bars will get you close to 3 unit bars…
