Could I get some advice on how you all setup your "Perks" , each time you ascend.
1) What is your build path? Which do you prioritize first?
2) Is there a optimal build out there? I'm not 100% sure which "Perks" to build to 5 , and/or even which "Perks" to avoid etc.
I'd love to know what you all think on this.
Thank you,
Zanatar.

My logic is next one - attack(accurancy in another games) is not a problem on early stage. What you need most is strengh (dammage) to kill monster ASAP. So At T1 I invest most of my points here and also small ammount to health and attack for raid boss goals.
At tier 2 - every upgrade is amazing (gold and idle dammage is much less expensive than bonus to kills count) and you would like to do some small runs before try to kill keymaster 3. And the time when this happen - you will have your own understanding of what you need the most.

I'm not sure I follow. I'm referring to the "Perks" screen, where you put your perk points into area's that improve your crafting or into your skills, like claw, smite, flurry, etc.
I think your thinking of the crafting screen and crafting higher tier gier. (Not asking about that, although I appreciate it just the same).
Most perks can be leveled up to 5 star.
So I'm wondering, which do you invest into bulding up to 5 stars?
So far, the ones I feel have been important to get to 5 star, are:
1) Crafting gives xx more Xp. I have this at 5 star, to get 100% exp when crafting.
2) Forge Chares xx faster. I hve this at 5 star to get 100% faster recharge.
3) Minimum dmg of max. I have this at 5 star, to get min Dmg is 60% of max
Are there others I should prioritize to get to 5 star?
Is there a build path, that you guys tend to do , every acsension as to where you put your points on the perk tree?

I like midas for more gold, but I use the forge often so I upgraded that a few.

Now that I've ascended a few times, the first thing I aim to max is 100% for double craft. Then I work on maxing the minimum amount of damage I do. After that, I just work on maxing various skills (claw and smite first),
With double craft, forge craft costs are greatly reduced because you're getting so many levels for free, so you can raise them faster.

1) I put one level in every skill. 2) I max the two mining skills (the ones that give double chance and increase ore per level). 3) max double craft. 4) I max all attack skills from left to right. 5) max vision, valor. 6) I haven't gotten this far yet, but I plan on maxing either food % increase or all skill damage. I do not know how effective the forge and fishing skills are or if they are worth putting points into because I have infinite forge and 4x fish hats, so if you don't have the forge and hats, those skills might be worth it.

@TheLowerLight : What about "Minimum dmg of max. I have this at 5 star, to get min Dmg is 60% of max".
You don't bother maxing this one? I would have thought this is one of the more important ones, no?

Here's the build I used early-mid game in the order that I get them. The priority with this is to get your skills to one shot enemies as much as possible at the highest level possible. I use Smite as a reference, as each smite attack should kill one enemy.
Note: Only one rank per number. Perks that I rank up are listed in subsequent numbers.
1) Dojo
2) Str Mountain
3) Endurance Fields
4) Mining
5) Fishing
6) Smithing
7) Poison
8) Meteor
9) Flurry
10) Claw +
11) Vision
12) Smite
13) Minimum Damage is x% of Max (Cap this skill after Smite)
14) Minimum Damage is x% of Max
15) Minimum Damage is x% of Max
16) Minimum Damage is x% of Max
17) Minimum Damage is 60% of Max
**Note: If you do not have infinite forge, Max out Forge Charges x% Faster now. If you have infinite forge, skip Forge Charges x% Faster.**
18) % Double Ore Chance
19) % Double Ore Chance
20) % Double Ore Chance
21) % Double Ore Chance
22) % Double Ore Chance
23) % Ores Per Mining Level
24) % Ores Per Mining Level
25) % Ores Per Mining Level
26) % Ores Per Mining Level
27) % Ores Per Mining Level
28) Fishing is x% Faster
29) Fishing is x% Faster
30) Fishing is x% Faster
31) Fishing is x% Faster
32) Fishing is x% Faster
Now, once you're at this point, you have a decision to make.
Are you pushing a new tier of raid boss or trying to clear desert? Then you go attack build:
33) Claw
34) Claw
35) Claw
36) Claw (Claw lvl 5 can kill 3 enemies and is second most efficient next to Smite)
37) All skills deal x% Damage
38) All skills deal x% Damage
39) All skills deal x% Damage
40) All skills deal x% Damage
41) All skills deal x% Damage
42) OPTIONAL - Two levels in Smite if your smite is slightly behind. Helps kill higher level mobs in one hit
43) Chance for Double Craft
44) Chance for Double Craft
45) Chance for Double Craft
46) Chance for Double Craft
47) Chance for Double Craft
Once you cap out Chance for Double Craft, craft up as much gear as you can for the final push.
Now, if you're not pushing a new tier, go for the AP farming route:
33) Midas
34) Seal
35) % Resource Collection
36) % Resource Collection
37) % Resource Collection
38) % Resource Collection
39) % Resource Collection (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
40) All Skills deal +x% Damage
41) All Skills deal +x% Damage
42) All Skills deal +x% Damage
43) All Skills deal +x% Damage
44) All Skills deal +x% Damage
45) Valor
46) Valor
47) Valor
48) Valor
49) Valor (for if you want to kill the raid boss at the end of that run)
50) OPTIONAL - if you keep going, then get Chance to Double Craft
Some last notes:
-**Why not midas earlier? ** Midas is garbage as it currently stands. Vault doesn't take into account increased gold from crafted gear, and midas doesn't help with raid bosses. It is more efficient to farm mobs that you can kill in one hit. Midas gives 4% per level and costs 4 ap per level. So at level 5 it's 20% monster gold per click for 5 seconds and has a 2 minute cooldown (125 seconds total). So if you are clicking or autoclicking at 10 clicks per second, that's equivalent to 10 free kills over 125 seconds, or .08 kills per second at the cost of 20 total AP. Claw level 5 can kill 3 mobs every cast with a total cooldown time of 6 seconds, or .5 kills per second for a cost of 15 AP.
-**Unless you're specficially pushing a boss or clearing a stage, % increased Resource Collection is always better than Chance to Double Craft.** AP is partially based off of minerals mined and fish caught, so the more that you can gather of those, the more AP you get per run. Chance to double craft technically nets you about 20% more resources, however the net from double craft don't contribute to AP gain. This is why Double Craft should only ever be taken if you're pushing and need to capitalize on your forge gear.
-**Why Valor?** Valor isn't just about the damage boost. Don't get me wrong, the damage is nice, but the biggest benefit of Valor is the 100% extra HP during the effect. This is especially nice when it comes to raid bosses so you can alternate Valor and Heal to stay alive.
As you progress, you'll probably find some other paths that you want to take. The paths above are nowhere near perfected, but they're working pretty darn well right now.

My skills do much more damage than my basic attack, and I have auto-skill for all 5 attacks/buffs so there isn't any real use for that perk. Now it would be helpful for one-hit farming or if you have a high torment (tier 2 AP) but right now there are other priorities for me.

Minimum dmg of max affects skill damage, not just your standard attack. The minimum dmg of max perk should always be the first thing you max to 5. Try it out on your next run and watch your skill damage numbers as you level up that perk.

Good point I forgot that skill damage is based off of idle damage

I'm unfortunately asking this after wasting all my points but that was supposed to be Claw+ not Claw wasn't it? (The 3 point perk, not the 10 point perk)

What if i have a auto clicker that clicks 200 a second for midas and get a shit ton of money from the vault?
PS: you can't get punished for autoclicking, can you?

I'm currently reaching the 4th zone (red) and I'm *too* far off being able to beat the 4h raid boss with x3 tickets.
Here's what I do:
First I unlock fishing ASAP.
I have a bunch of fishing hats, so fishing levels up a whole bunch of levels instantly, giving me lots of initial skill points to work with.
I then work my way up to maxing double crafting ASAP. Via Meteor.
I have the infinity forge, so I'm then able to craft everything that I'll need for this run. Which gives me a bunch more skill points to spend.
Then I unlock vision, smite, valor and poison and start clearing my way through the first zone.
Once I've got a bit of money I go back once to the training areas and level them all up a bunch.
After clearing the first zone I level up the training areas some more and max out Minimum DMG, All Skills Deal xx% DMG.
If I still have points to spend I start maxing out Double Ore Chance, Ores Per Mining Lv and Resorce Collection.
While clearing the second zone I start leveling up my miners and max Smite > Flurry > Valor > Vision > Meteor > Claw+ > Poison > Claw
And also continue to level up everything in the training areas.
Eventually I'll put some left over points in All Food Heals, 1 in Each Endurance Level Gives and Idle Attack Speed.
I don't hold a lot of value of Idle Attack Speed or Insta Kill because if I'm fighting I'm activly playing. When I'm idle I usually leave it on mining because that seems to be my most time consuming area.
I find Midas to be useless. Even when using a auto clicker set to 15 clicks/sec the amount that I get from it is such a small drop in the ocean that I don't ever stop mashing buttons to start clicking instead.

So I understand that is it to kill monsters easily or deal massive damage but wouldn't valor be good earlyer on for to % damage and heal?

tbh you guys should be investing in kills per kill perks because of how fast you can progress with high idle attack speed and the amount of kills to progress gets annoying for active progre
