Does anybody have info on how to get and what secret characters are?

there are in total 3 secret characters in total, each will give you a one time permanent buff after you give them some resourses.i have found 2, being the deaths child that you see after killing death and the pigs head that appears once you drag the pill to the blacksmith (the pill can be crafted onde you unlock the blacksmith skilled items)

I got all three and their buffs, I can tell you about what they give if you want, so you know which to focus on more. I won't spoil it for everyone so PM me and I'll tell you.

I don't remember what fishing level you need but you should be getting close to it. To increase your fishing level faster use the blacksmith to boost your fish per catch and buy tons of fishing power. Then, it's just a matter of time.
If you really want to complete that challenge asap (trust me, you want to), I'd recommend leaving the game idle on the fishing screen, as you lose productivity on the screens you're not focused on.
