In the 2nd contract shop, there is a puchasable item that states all skills star(t) at level 1, 2, etc depending on how many you buy.
How does this affect skills? If I have used raid winnings to level up the skills to all start at say level 20, would they all start at level 21 after purchasing a single level in the contract shop?
