Hello :'(
Just lost my game. I quit this morning, idling in fight. Then, I tried to reconnect this evening (About 8 hours later). I had to reload Firefox quite a few times before the game actually launched.
When it worked I lost everything.
Didn't clear the cache or the cookies, I don't know what happened... If anyone has a solution, I'll take it ! (Tried to close and reopen firefox, reload the game, etc. but nothing worked)

I'm also having the bug. I was careful to back up my save folder as I was cleaning some bookmarks and history of Chrome. Even copying back the save in the folder, bring a screen of welcome back to the legend and when I press ok, it restart the game. Any idea why?

same here, any solution? lost a few thousand gems, almost a year of gameplay (been playing almost since beginning. Didn't clean cache/history or cookies as well

This just happened to me too. Any ideas how to get it fixed? I've had Firefox close and reopen with the game properly loading my save several times before this, but this time it just nuked my save.

Happened here, after a power outage. This needs to be fixed, either via a export-to-text function, or multiple save slots.

I've had it happen a couple times but in my recent save I decided to buy a bunch of gems and now i can't get those back, have any of you managed to get them back at all? or the Kreds used to buy them?

That is noprmal, to loose our saves. I guess the solution is not going to be made yet by making a Online save game system for a while. I have actually quit playing this game because I do not have a computer that will let me choose if my browser deletes cookies and etc. there is something very wrong with this comp. but I am not the owner, so I have no power in settings.
so my rank for this game is Under 3 stars if two stars maybe only one.

Great game (in theory), but I'm stuck in a loop where I ascend and it goes back to 3 days ago, over and over. I spent cash on this game so I'm not happy and I can see others have done the same. 1 star, and I won't be buying Kreds again.

Lost save with 1500 gems and tons of gameplay and unlocks. Didn't clear cache or cookies in few hours went back to 0. Any chance to get rollback.

Lost my save a year ago and my posts got censored / deleted lol....
just taking a look a year later and it would seem this bug still has not been addressed. Its 2019, still no cloud saving. nice job dev!

Firefox doesn't save flash game save files anymore, i switched to waterfox and it works.

I'm glad I play on mobile as there I am sure I won't lose the game data unlessunless somethsomething happens to my phone. But seeing a gamewithout proper save/ feature that has also a way of the progress For random reasons seems a bad thing. Especially if the game requires a lot of time to get far.
