I was looking at the minimum Tperk cost on the wiki and either I'm mis-interpreting it or it's way off. It reads to me like the minimum cost for upgrading skillers that you can do to get the level of training perk.
For me it takes ~921k Ice coins minimum just to make it to 30k max skiller levels, but the wiki reads 150k ice to make it to 32k. Is there some discount I'm missing?

Ok, took me awhile to figure it out as well, but here it is. The 32k, 38k, 50k, stuff with chains around it is the combined levels amongst all your main skillers that is required to unlock the perk for the first time (they remain open thereafter). The column that says 150k gold is telling you how much money you'll need to level up your skillers to the point that their combined level is around 32k. Use the shrine that trades speed for cash to make this process easier...that last one is a pain.
I hope that helps.

That was my understanding but all the numbers are off - I can upgrade to those amounts and be way lower than the goal. I'm not sure if there's been a change in scaling, some difference between desktop/android versions, or there was a discount somewhere.
