I was playing normaly , **Game crash**:
I lost Multiples month of gameplay (was in oblivion),
**Can't** get my data back from the **cloud save**,
No support so can't get my save back.
This game is good but without a export save in the game it's over for me, losing multiple month of gameplay witch include farming all card to 6 stars is a no comeback for me...
(PS I played on tablet but PC have the same problem few month ago...)

Try messaging him on a platform he actually comes onto, like the discord?
The cloudsave is known to be bugged, especially on ios. A lot of people use external software to back up data on android. A full phone/tablet backup will also preserve your data.
You could also try using an external program to look for deleted files.
On PC, especailly if you play on firefox, which is known the be the most buggy, it is good practice to manually back-up every day. You simply need to navigate to your browser locally stored flash data and make a copy.
