1. Does anyone have a up to date discovery spreadsheet for the different potions, the one on the wiki ends after godly rarity and have basically no data for the rest.
2. Have the miracle potion bug been fixed or any other bugged potion for that matter?
3. do the icecream potions need to be discovered after attaining the icecream or will they be auto added to the potion list?

3. Hmm, can't actually remember, why don't you finish an icecream and find out? Probably still need to discover.
With regards to the darkmode potions, they have the same mechanism as the normal potions, people don't tend to struggle too much with them. If it helps, you can think of each new set of 12 potions needing 5 new crops, and 6 new flowers, and play around a bit within that.
If you check the discord you'll find an official bug list, which will answer your questions. Although pc is bugged even more than android.

how active is the game when it comes to bug fixes and the like?

Well the dev is active almost daily on the discord. But he doesn't like fixing bugs, and tends to work on new updates instead.
You may have noticed *several* bugs on pc version. It's been like that since december. It was actually *comparably* fairly bug-free before that update. So it doesn't look like anything is getting fixed anytime soon.
The other bad news is that pc missed the last update, and quite possibly might not be getting the next one. Who knows.
