People mainly go for Auto conj (its the best life saver ^^) or Auto boss (making small amount of soul 24/7) or the Mana potion at 100k, it all depend what you want first i think and your gameplay
I find conjuring manually highly annoying to the point of postponing rebirths, therefore I'm up for buying auto-conj. If you don't mind, get the auto boss for the soul influx.
