I'm trying to make a priority list for which trophies to buy but I have no idea how valuable the "reduce stage respawn" ones are. Is there a way for me to view how long stages currently take to respawn?

I suspect that precise interval is not directly visible but you can simply measure it yourself. Just set current stage to one where you can kill monsters quickly (even the best for exp/s is fine but you can use lesser if it looks that it is too slow) and count how many times you can kill in a minute or so. Another way is to set the same stage and to divide gold per monster by Gold/s (or the similar metrics for exp) but it is not so obvious if you have gold/exp perks from page 2.

Looks like stage respawn starts at 2s, is reduced by 0.1s for each 100 levels of Battlemage (max 0.5s), is reduced by 0.1s for each of the NoReincarnate and OPM challenges (max 0.8s), and finally reduced by 0.5s with the two trophies to end at 0.2s

There are 4 OPMs and 5 NoReincarnations. Why (4+5)*0.1s is only 0.8s?

Because the 4th OPM requires you to hit stage 9,999. It is a placeholder and not really "live." Hence there are only 3 real OPM challenge bonus leading to that cap of 0.8.
