hey all,
L101 player here, max lvl beat 400.
So, I'm usually using Solaine as my leader, mainly for her freeze and ice barrage, but I've recenly hit the proverbial wall when it comes to getting my game past 400.
What leader would you suggest? Would it make a difference?
I know gear is a big factor, as well as skills and enchanting, and I'm guessing factoring those all in could start a huge discussion. I'm just curious about leadership and if that would affect things more than I think at the moment.
Any advice would be great... thanks!

Blaze, unlocks at 400.
Has a better first skill, dealing 3000% damage. And has a better 3rd skill, deals 100% of his damage to the entire group of enemies per second for 5 seconds. You can kill 5-6 waves of enemies with it in just 5-6 seconds. Can be used once every 30 seconds (15 sec CD, but it takes 30 seconds to generate enough mana). Also the summoned dragon, that does the killing, remains even after Blaze dies. With Solaine, when she dies, she stops shooting those ice bolts.

yeah, Blaze is a beast, if you're active or use a clicker he'll cut your grind when prestiging by a lot (rough estimate 20-30%)

Yes, but Blaze need a good weapon to work fine.
Place him in the 5º slot to protect him from atacks.
Staying alive is important to recovering mana quickly in order to use Dragon Breath.
After Luana it may be feasible to focus on healers and HP to keep Blaze alive.
But that may depend on your luck with the equipment and seals.

I used Solaine for a long time, but now I use Luana. Her twin moon ability is awesome and keeps working even if she gets knocked down.
Solaine was best until I got Luana for both her freeze ablity (Great for holding those high damage bosses in place) and ice barrage.

Blaze Rulles! My team is Luna, Benny and Val to keep Blaze alive.
Sol is also in the team, for additional damage.
Val can also increase your DGM (Blessing = +15%), but if you want more DPS, I recommend Boris (Anger = +50%).
But Val is fitting better, he is MANA, and Paladin abilities makes him a nice tanker.
Blaze can clean waves easily with DragonBreath.
And he toasts bosses easily with Fireblast.
Fireblast = 3000% + (30% more damage from all sources for 6 seconds)
So you just need enought mana to "spam" Fireblasts and potentiate the damage absurdly.
With just 450 Mana you're able to:
1º Fireblast = 3000%
2º Fireblast = 3900%
3º Fireblast = 5070%
4º Fireblast = 6591%
5º Fireblast = 8568%
6º Fireblast = 11138%
(You're not able to cast more than 6 with less than 6 seconds)
7º Fireblast = 11138%
8º Fireblast = 11138%
9º Fireblast = 11138%
10º Fireblast = 11138%
TOTAL: 82.820% = x828 your damage. If you're not able to kill a boss after inflicting so much damage so you are playing wrong.
You will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER be able to deal so much damage by spending so little mana using ANY other hero.
And being icing on the cake, some of the new Ancient Artifacts can enable increased mana regeneration.
It's like throwing fuel at Blaze...
