I will check out your save, but one thing I'm aware of is a 1 frame delay in the attack of the leader, so if the speed is very close to your next fastest character then you might see them attack first instead. Will fix.
Crit is multplicative and I don't see a cap atm so I do think you should always crit with that setup (assuming everyone is alive.) I'll look at it, but I'll note also that damage visuals are sometimes merged, so each attack isn't always associated 1-1 with a visible damage value above an enemy's head.

The demon king has piercing lvl20 and he is killed with a 13M hit wich is deffenetly him being lobotomized. I was just doing a random check on duke to see how heals work now (only healing aura healing bcs of the patch now and speed), but the problem came when i saw that hit into my demon king i realized i was actually healing enough & something else was killing me, myself.
EDIT: Explained, lobo its me hiting myself so piercing doesnt work, still i think it should as what piercing stands to be but well :)

Thanks Purple! Unfortunately, based on my previous phoenix build and what I've seen of bogan's build, Spotter and Focus clearly don't seem to stack multiplicatively as it sounds like you intended. Even with theoretical 100% crit rate with 5x Spotters + Focus, crits are still fairly rare. Bogan found the same thing with 4x Spotter + Focus: crits are not even common, let alone 100%. Would be great if this could be fixed as Spotter is one of the rarest traits in game, doesn't have any monsters with its core, and they really are not that useful unless they stack multiplicatively like the other traits.

Loaded your team yesterday and spent 2 days making it work perfectly by examing video frame by frame 0.o Ended up having to change a lot of really delicate stuff to get it all to line up. If your characters were so similar in speed that their attacks would happen in the same frame, the order they occured in would be random, but now it should be right. Also fixed Spotter, it wasn't stacking correctly. Check out v1.0.28.

While piercing serves as a counter for Weasel/Deflect, I think it countering Lobo/Mesmerize self-damage would be a little too much. Right now there's no great trait-based counter to self-damage, aside from balancing your team comp, and Mermaid's core. I'm open to a learnable counter, just haven't thought of one yet. For Mesmerize, aside from a Mermaid tank, you can counter with a high def/low atk tank, and put your high spd/high atk DPS somewhere behind them.

so i have this team
and i just bought a strong looking guy

But as soon as i replace him with any other member of the team, they perform incredibly bad... It seems like they cant even get to half to where they get withouth him... Why is that? is it maybe a problem because of glass cannon? But hes not being targetet ( he is in middle..), and the tank in front row dies so fast...

Might be reflect combined with glass cannon is killing you. Also, based on the color of the background looks like you are in area 2 where his ability doesn't work. Wendigo only really works in areas 1 and 4 since it only triggers against undead and beasts.

right after boss stage, i usually get hit first on the next map, looks like attack initiative not resetting
i think similarly for outpost too

Enemies now have a trait called "Phase Shift" which allows them to go first even if you have higher speed. It is a fairly common trait and I suspect that explains why you got hit after the boss stage. I have not noticed any changes in attack initiative after bosses or outposts.

Achievements seem a bit bugged. I've completed all of them except the complete 100 quests one. And it only shows 94/100 since I have 4/5 of the "complete quests" quests with the the 5th one being complete 100. At first, I thought it required dailies to get to 100, but I've done hundreds of dailies when farming formations and those didn't count towards the quest either. It looks like it would need 2 more sets of 5 quests or at least 1 more 5 quest set and one set with at least 1 quest to get to 100 total for that quest. Also, the highlighting of the quests seem a bit off - some are dark green as if not complete yet and others are light green.

There is a set of quests that have a darker shade( since beta at least), if you wait a bit you see shimmer and *ting* on them. I interpret that as higher rarity quests, they also give out comparitivly more gems.

If you switch teams during map transition, then your team ends up surrounded by enemies.

Those are not bugs as far as I can tell. Glass cannon causes just the monster with it equipped to take more damage based on my testing of it. Healer doesn't heal unless it is faster than the dps that kills enemies since it needs to attack to heal. No need to spend gems on trait removal since you can farm blank masters for free in game.

Game froze for seemingly no reason. All enemies have been killed. The message "Stuck? Do you want to go home?" pops up. And my team just continues standing in the same spot not moving. This has never happened to me before - so I suspect it might have something to do with the recent update. At first I thought the game might have thought I was at the Home Base, but the message popping up suggests otherwise. Here is a screenshot:

The freezing has happened multiple times since I reported it and it always seems to happen when my main team dies and my backup team joins the battle. It is almost like when the new team joins the battle it doesn't register it as actually joining the battle and they just sit there.

Well, I did get 100/100 formations and 2 of the complex formations were from offline discovery when using something around 50-100 time warps. The drop rate is just super low - but they do drop.

actually it's my second quickest monster always attacks first but not enemy after boss/outpost, so pretty sure something is off

still on 98/100 after blowing enough time warps to do 98 formations in a few days...
