It appears I made some mistakes with my main team. They are to far along to rebuild something new at this point, so I'm going to have to spend the Gems to dump some pretty strong skills in order to fix them.
DPS is great, but survivabiity needs some work... They pretty much only die when they get 1 shot, but that happens a lot. Currently at 5/153 as my farthest point, and getting waxed by tower 10.
Team from front to back with my thoughts on saving them:

With everyone packing vampire healer became useless. DPS starts at aroubnd 100Mil before i feed potions to up the addicts. each vampire hit heals more than 10x the max hp. They only die if they get one shot, leave 1 hp and they fully heal next attack.
Now I just need to figure out how to keep them from getting one shot, hence why I'm considering moving in some more Mud shield, strange magic. Even with a large defence potion tower 10 one shots my monsters. Any thoughts on how to fix it? I'm resigned to having to buy gems, but I want to figure it out before I start

You can make your team a bit better, but there are some significant fundamental limitations to that team.
1) You have demon physical dps, you are using a demon physical tank. ( Deflect, Lobotomize, and Mesmerize will be deadly)
2) Not enough physical pierce. Without this your dps will get one shot via deflect.
You have multiple dps. You only need one team member with pure dps traits like addict and kill streak.
Ancient power: Why? This just adds to the one shot problem.
You should include speeds of your team members. Rather important stat for deciding roles.
I would suggest:
Switch tank to a Pegasus. The tank that should be hitting for much less then its total hp to mitigate Deflect, Lobotomize, and Mesmerize. Thus your tank needs healing by other then vampire.
Add physical pierce to all demon kings.
Ditch Ancient power.
Need to know speeds to suggest anything more.

I havent had any issues with Deflect, according to tooltip it can only return 60% of HP, and vampire overheals every hit. Lobotomize and Mesmerize of course are a death sentence.

I had considered the tank switch, I've been building some other options to try out. I have a pegasus I had built for a mage team also that with some tweaking could work.

I have also got the impression that my DK in the second position was to slow for DPS and 1.89 as he rarely gets to land a shot.
Other options I could build on:
Pegasus lvl 112 Currently a support/dps cross build. spd 2.18 addict, darkness, greedy, growl, excapist and focus
Cerberus lvl 80 SPD 2.15 deflect, psychic shield, repurpose, sneaky, steely, vampire
Various other lower level Angels, Pegasus, Cerberus, PHoenix, couple of dukes, and a Crit Gorrila

Your healer at 1.84 is slowest so will be a very inneffective at healing. Your 2.14 speed pegasus is slower then your two top speed dps at 2.16, 2.18.
Not looking good. Unfortunatly I am not seeing much that can be done without serious re-build.
To my best knowledge for a team build of tank, healer, two support, one dps. You want healer with highest speed, primary dps with second best speed(if using kill streak, else doesn't matter as much.) The primary dps is ideally one shotting everything so only healer and dps are hitting the enemy. Which is why you need healer, to heal the teams incidental damage becuase the tank, and support shouldn't be hitting and thus making vampire on them low value. I don't see how you can do that with your existing team without non trivial re-work. A Pegasus heal-tank with speed >2.18 while eventaully replaceing the angel with a Duke or another Demon king. Is probably your best bet to keeping your team mostly as is.

just to update, did some wholesail changes after all. With infuse added to the game it made sense to do it now. Team is working much better, currently on 8th reset.

Team is working out really nice. I actually tank quite a bit with the DPS DK in the human section where there is no lobo. really huge improvements with new set up
