I find that with the Masters, you will not get them 100%. They are rare to find once you unlock them and you are past the furtherest flag. This is indicated by the sparcles. I have found about 10 masters so far, and have not been able to catch any of them. This is on the app. I have not purchased the ability to find masters past the frontier on my web version.
