get a nymph as tanker, an elder as attacker, an elder as healer and two elfs with tribalism. Use this team until you able to farm Duke of null, farm 3 Duke of null.
A team of Nymph (tank), Duke (DPS), Elder (healer), Duke (DPS), Duke (healer) should be able to bring you to dimension 2.
Also, healer speed must the faster than DPS, so that healer actually heal.

you should get some legendaries like nymph or just use the gachepoon and try your luck and if I remember correctly you can use some gems to make a epic into a legendary you also could just power level and farm legendaries to power level but that would take a bunch of resources

Level 120 max means he's in Demon/Undead territory.
That means Wendigo as a tank and DPS and some Bone Druid or Wheel as a heal.
And you have to invest in traits. Must have traits are: Piercing/Kill Streak/Addict for DPS, Healer/Healing Aura/Optimized heal/Mag piercing for healer, Connoiseur/Harden/Repurpose for tank.
You can keep your maiden as DPS, but you will need to clear up its traits (horrible, only keep Intensity).
Once you're done with dim1 - go for human lands and get Mermaid for tanking and 2.18+ speed Angel for heals.
