So I've been playing this on and off since the update less than a month ago and I have finished all market tasks, so again there is nothing for me to do in the game.
I don't understand how the developers fail to see the fundamental flaw in this.
This was supposed to be an idle game, which it is no longer because of the constant involvement the market feature demands (as there is nothing to do elsewhere). The first thing that should have been fixed about the game was to make it infinite, with increasing difficulty of course. The market was unnecessary, as it wasn't really connected to the rest of the game. Yes, you needed to collect veggies to sell at the market, but I assume that involves more or less the same level of difficulty whether you are at town level 2 or 15.
I haven't really spent any allium coins, the items offered seemed unnecessary to buy.
So all in all I am a bit disappointed with the game, I appreciate that it's free and that it has been fun for a bit though, but it could easily have been much better. I don't think I will be returning to it for the next update. There are other idle games I have played for years, this won't be one of them.

What I hate in idle games is that most of them are infinite, with increasing boredom and repeatability.
I prefer to have a meaningful update from time to time than pointless and dull clicking after a month.
This is why Idle Harvest is on my personal top 5 idle games.
I loved the market update.
I still collect allium coins for outfits though I've finished everything else.
I will definitely return here even if there are no updates at all for some time :)

We are working on some fundamental changes to the game still... and we are trying to work out what the main goal of the game should be
Build a bigger town? Defeat a boss carrot? We aren't making the game finite but brainstorming what we want the main progression to be about
We will post updates when we know what is coming.. we may be quiet for a bit but I promise we are not stopping :)
