So as some of you may know with transcension life time relics are also reset along with current relics. While this kind of makes sense It seems like a let down to see your life time relics go up and up and then to lose them.
Theres also the matter that the removal of lifetime relics makes the difference in strength only SP and BG, where as before you could farm relic and get a leg up on someone who had more of either of these. So i'd like to purpose we go back to being able to keep LifeTime relics while the rest are reset. Aside from that I'd like to hear others thoughts on the matter.

I agree it seems if all things being equal, except relics and level , which was a main factor in advancing seemed to mean nothing in the end. Like for me at 5980 and someone at 5501, that could be a massive amount of real power difference, even very few levels meant quit a bit, so almost 500 levels is a crazy difference. but unless I am missing something we are now 100% equal if we transcended at that point.

Hey,
I think you should easily get your life-time relics back with the new upgrades.
If you are very active and did around 1,000 resets and now reset these farmed relics to get Monstersouls to upgrade the Relics-Bonus for example 5 times (x50), you now only need around 20 resets to reach this amount again (maybe a bit more to level up the first artifact ...).
Of course you have to decide when to transcend... It makes no sense if you have like 1000 resets at level 3,000 and then go transcend to get 3 Monstersouls.
If you have 1,000+ resets I think you have to reach at least level 6,000 before transcending.
The next days we will check if we slightly increase the new Relics-Upgrade, but if you check my example above:
Transcending at level 6,000 gives you 8 Monstersouls, which means Relics x80 and also a huge Damage-Boost, so it should be more than easy to get back to the farmed relics :)
Best regards.
Edit: We've doubled the Relics-Upgrade for now to x20, x40, x60 ...

The point for me wasn't the regaining them back...it was that someone that played like 1/4 of the time can be equal now. Ask anyone that has pushed from 5500 to 6000, that is a lot of difference in actual play and it just became equal

@TonyPlaya:
Someone who played 1/4 of the time should have a lot less SP + Gems from tournaments...
And you should get your Relics back with the new upgrades, so there will be still a difference between a 5,500 player and a 6,000 player.
So if they can reach level 6,000 now, you should get to 6,500 or even higher, since you have a lot more tournamentpoints, monsterpoints, skillpoints, raid-attacks and also more monstersouls.
Edit:
In your example (level 5501 vs 5980), the 5980 has 19 more skillpoints and 48 more blue guildpoints...
And ofcourse a lot more monsterpoints, which also helps.
In addition to that the higher player should have even more Skillpoints / Gems / Tournamentpoints... because of the tournament-rewards.

Another example:
Let's say you had 1,000 resets and 100 T relics with Level 5980.
The other player had 100 resets and only 10 T relics with Level 5501.
After the transcend you and the other player have the exact same amount (0 relics) and also the same amount of Monsterouls.
Let's say both of you spend 5 Monstersouls into the Relics-Upgrade (Relics x100).
Both of you do around 10 resets.
You then should have your 100 T relics again, but the other player also got around 100 T relics (there should be still a difference because of SP, MP, TP... like I said in my last post).
So for now you have the same amount, BUT:
If you would have kept your maxRelics, you would have 200 T now and the other player 110 T, so also no real difference.
So the problem you mentioned is not about resetting the maxRelics, it's more the Monstersouls that a 5501 Player gets as many as the 5980 Player.
But it's up to you when to transcend and if you would have reached 20 more levels, you would have gotten 1 more Soul...
But if you stay active like in the past and do like 10 times more resets than the other player, there will be again a huge difference very fast and you will still hit higher levels then the player who doesn't farm as much relics as you do.
