trouble opening a rare treasure chest. clicked it like crazy. like a clickerhero game, and it still won't open!
EDIT :ok. it opened after i reloaded the page.... it was just some gems...

Recently ctrl+click, alt-click, and spacebar have stopped working for me occasionally. When I refresh things are fine. Luckily it only seems to happen at the start of a new map. I've never been in the middle of a map and had it become an issue. Also the spacebar and clicks have been happening independently of each other. Its either Ctrl&alt clicks or spacebar, but never both. At first I thought nothing of it, but its happened a couple times now, so its more than an isolated incident.

Graphical glitch? : during a game, i found that when you have a lot of champions to choose from or a lot of Kongpanions, the last champion/Kongpanions tends to get "cut off" or mostly hidden, making it hard to recruit it.
only solution i got (for Firefox) was to click on "Cinematic mode" then press F11 to go to full screen. for some reason that method makes the ingame menus stretch out more , so the last champion/Kongpanion is no longer hidden.

sometimes when i am single unit dueling an enemy and my one unit has enough armor to be immune to the enemies defense with just a few points of attack higher than his armor. Rapid spacebar clicking ensues, but i kill the unit and win the territory at no cost... until this bug kicks in. Sometimes the last attack before i would kill the unit is instead read by the computer as a "retreat" order, i don't take the territory and the barely alive enemy unit is free to mve back and heal up.

another solution i found was to go to "Cinematic mode" , then use the Firefox plugin "Zoom Page WE" to auto-resize. then the ingame menus will get bigger and the horizontal scroll bar for the recruitment tab will be able to scroll waaaaaay pass the last champion/kongpanion on your list.
however the plugin does seem to cause some webpages to lag or load slowly. and i had to resize the page down to 50%!!! to get the whole game area to fix into my browser window again(might not be a problem if you use a 1440p or 4K monitor).

inconsistent bug???: seems to have happened after i updated the Flash plugin for Firefox. @ around 1:45 AM , GMT(also happened before on a previous day, but i forgot when). the game would fail to load and just show a black screen. most other flash games on kong would work but take a longer time to load.
after closing the tab opening up the game in a new tab, and reloading the page many times, it somewhat worked again. i have NO IDEA WHY!
and no, i don't wanna clear my cache and lose the savegames for all the kong games that don't have cloud saves or text file saves. playing in chrome would also mean i would lose those savegames, since i obviously can't tranfer firefox's cache to chrome.

I have moved to different computers since I started playing. I don't think savegames are local. Have you tried zooming out?

Having today (for the first time) the same problem. But don't think it has to do with flashplayer update, because I updated it only now after I could not play.

Zooming out solves the black screen problem for me. I just zoom out a lot, and when I zoom back in, the game loads.

Found a crazy glitch, while playing Daily Challenge in Grigits Expansion. While I was attacking an enemy capital, the last surviving archer became super high in HP... about 21 000 HP. I'm gonna need A LOT of archers or axmen to kill this one. Heh.
EDIT: the super archer's HP went back to normal a turn later.

Hey MasterTT, here is a bug I've seen several times, but finally got the steps to reproduce.
Hex0057 - Daily Campain (I'm playing level 15, not sure that part matters or not)
1st turn: end turn.
2nd turn: end turn.
3rd turn: attack either of the enemy units. Click the "Next Phase" arrow. Instead of clicking the battle button or the hex, press the spacebar.
The game has now glitched with the attacking arrow stuck on screen and my attacking unit has disappeared. I've tried this with my main army, and they too seem to disappear at first. But actually, if play is continued, you can see they are still there just hidden and now seem to be enemy units.
Here are my setttings, incase that matters too.
Choosing a chamption is skipped
The buy armies panel is shown
Start turn overview is skipped
The neutral movement phase is skipped
Autoselect unit with highest health when attacking
Manually start each turn during battle
Shovel function must be manually disabled
Manually start battles

In the end, what worked for my was simply to put on cinematic mode (F11) and then zooming in a lot, then all champions were available. (The zoom has to be done BEFORE buying, and can be reversed afterwards) It has to be firefox zoom, not inside the game.

Some issues i have found.
Move/attack arrows have higher z-plain then the unit info boxes. (The info boxes should be on top)
Zoom always sets view to upper left, ignoring what your view point was.
When zoomed unit pop-up info panels are scaled with map. I would expect info panels to be same size at all zoom levels.
if cash >1000 and income>1000, display of income is cut short on the buy units panel.
When there are more then say 4 units on a hex, it would be nice to have only first 3-4 units disaplayed and a "..." button. Where clicking on the '...' gives you info box of units. As it is there can be very long list of units that can hide other units/information. Or perhaps a different symbol to indicate army/stack and stats are given for stack total (total: hp, arrack etc) and again, a way to get mroe detailed view.

Thx everyone for all the bugreports so far!
I am planning a new release which i have been working on for several months now in my spare time and i hope to fix a number of the mentioned issues, though not all.
This next week i do not have to work, so i will be finishing up on the new release (Kongpanion Invasion) and picking up some more issues.
I expect the version to be released on Saturday next week (the 2nd of May 2020)
I am also still working on the Digitwars 2, but the first release for this game is not yet in the near future

Hi MasterTT, there seems to be a little bug on mission 12 of the new expansion. At the start of the mission, a copy of my starter champion allready seems to be attacking one of the enemy capitals. The champion starts a battle against the tent next to it in wave 8 and this seems to cause the game to freeze. The only way I found to continue playing was to refresh the page.
If I take the capital quickly, the champion joins my army and I can use it, preventing the freeze.


I'm playing the game in google chrome. Hope this helps! :)

Hey MasterTT,
The armies research bonuses are also affecting enemy units, which makes all of the army bonuses actually detrimental as you progress through high difficulties.
I do realize that it states the effect is for "all X units", but if this is truly the intended design of these "bonuses", then we should be able to turn these off when we don't want them.

One bug and two questions/sugestions.
Bug: Exept for the 1 Ruby research I don't get any Ruby rewards. And the 1 sapphire research just gave me 1 ruby. And I got the 'first research compleated' message on top.
Sugestion: Could you link the 3 games on start page, so that you can jump not only to kompanion but also back from there? And I'm actualy not sure if possible but think I had seen that in another game can you Kong Forum aplly to all 3 games? (Same Forum.)
