Hey guys, I have a great suggestion to this game. I know people are struggling with pies and upgrades to their workers. What needs to be done is upgrades between commons, rares, epic, and legendary need to be different. They are all the same cost for upgrades. Legendaries need to be bumped up a little more and commons need to be cheapened along with rares and epics, just not as much as commons. Thanx!

We need a new update with clans/guilds with like 30 people in each. Also when that drops you can do clan battles or guild events so the game doesn’t get redundant and people delete the app from boredom

We need like a half a day or a full day break in between events. There’s no time to really focus on main game

The 4 day events need a lot work as you can tell people are quitting in the other thread. Manager upgrades on stages are just ridiculous. It needs to be as followed so people stay playing and is more simple to know when you’re ready to move on to the next town for 4 day events.
1: 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,
2: 2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2
3: 3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3
4: 4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4
Etc...

We also need more challenges on each stage of events. There’s not enough. You can complete all of them in 10 minutes then you’re just sitting there not having anything to accomplish.

In the events the free chest notification won't go away after you claim your free chest. Also the managers available to purchase above the chest on that page change to main event managers instead of event managers and when you choose them they all end up being the same.

Well for the first time in a while, I am unable to do much of anything in the event. You took away our mini games and that has just messed us up. Thanks a lot. I refuse to spend any more money on this game and I’ve pumped in a lot of dough.

I really think this game would benefit from a restart option where. You restart from the beginning but keep cards so you can collect more pies and such to reach higher levels the next time through. This would prevent some of the frustrations many of us are feeling as we move to impossible levels. Most of us started this game because it says it's an idle game but it's becoming a grinding game as you move forward. Games should be fun to play not frustrating.

This is true for the events also!! Look at the thread on the latest event!! Hey developers!! We pay a monthly fee for this game to be a tad bit easier but you are about to lose a lot of players, paid and otherwise if y’all don’t do something about the events! I mean come on from level 3 to 5 y’all jump from level 3 to 7 with the cards needed to upgrade not to mention the beans??? I mean freaking really?? To many people are complaining for this to be “random”. Don’t @me with that. I’m going to stop playing like the others if this doesn’t improve. We, meaning customers, are tired of asking.

I completely agree!! I’ve pumped in a lot of money into the game also and it seems no one is listening!! No one is taking into consideration the players, paid players or not!! We’ve complained, I’ve complained and all I got was the “it’s completely random” explanation and there are way to many people complaining for it to be “random”. It’s to broad for that to be true!!

How do we join a guild? I got the notification but it never said how to do it...

When is the mid week event back as the main game is so much hard without it as need over 10,000 pies to do updates

It's annoying on events when you go and update a manager and lets say we can hire them when they are level 8 so we get enough cards and it changes to we can't hire them till level 10. It just keeps increasing. It's absolute trash. You are gonna lose a lot of players if you don't fix wait they are complaining about. Next event if it's not fixed I'm gonna Uninstall. So here is some feedback for you.

I'm a new player. I believe I understand the main game reasonably well so far. The events I'm so-so on. The first building in the special events usually produces an item that is accumulated to get another item to accumulate for something else. What is the purpose of these items? Also, where do you locate the help center? I've stumbled around and found the support center, but that doesn't give me an option to go to the help center. Yes, I'm as confused as all this sounds. What I'm attempting to say is that there needs to be a clear explanation of the different features in events. You need to make the help center easier to locate. Who knows, the explanations may be in an article in the help center if only I could find it.
