Fyi shops 1 2 3 8 and 9 are all blue cards/rare for me so my event is already over. No way to automate even in town 2. Hope you all had better luck. If you didn't then hang back and hold out for the free crates. Good luck!

This might be one of those events where I just try to spend the least amount of beans as possible so I can convert them to pies. I need like 60,000 to automate all my managers in the main game.

Yes! Crazy! I’m in town 97. Before I wouldn’t finish automating them like it told me to in the tasks and it was probably a mistake. But managers will go from being automated at level 8 then next time when they show up you. Need them at 11 or 12

Just info. Raced to the end 3 days early. Tapped 30 minutes per day on tickets and got 87th. Could have easily stayed top 50 but it was tooo boring just tapping ticket dude. Anyway just wanted to share the strategy outcome. Hope the info helps a few on bad events like Rome. See ya next time.
