**New players:**
Welcome. The list of numbers you see are for players who have been to a higher event level. The numbers are not for the main game. This is for the weekly events. Weekly events normally start on **Thursdays at 4 PM EST**.
Some of us will put down the level needed for each town manager in a higher event level. We do this when we first get into the level. This helps other players who have not made it yet to that level decide on which cards to buy before they “jump”. No worries, this makes the event only slightly easier as the events are harder than the main game.
Please feel free to contribute.
A new player should read some of the older event posts for more details regarding what to expect. Playing the main game for a couple of levels is usually a must.

(Just a fellow player who likes to create a forum post each week for the event with the event name and date in the subject line in order to organize to help players find the current event or past events. **Previous Events for clues** Please reply with the newly discovered values.
Posting last two previous event town level values as clues. These are NOT the levels for this weeks events. People have said they like knowing the values because sometimes they are close. (But they are not correct here and there)
If you see x, x, x, etc. that means the old values were missing. A manager name will make sense when the game starts. This is the way values used to be done.

What are the penalties? I have never seen a difference.

According to the developer things are changing so I'm waiting for the game to start to see what's going on.
update: 10 town levels, not 8 like the last two time

As far as the penalties go I'm still checking in the source.
. Basically you know how you can buy out a certain stack of cards for a certain town manager? Well apparently if you go through each town buying up all the cards there is an invisible maximum total number of cards that you can buy. You could get to the last towns and there are cards available to buy that don't say bought out but you will have hit the limit and you won't be allowed to buy those cards. I think what he was saying you need to be sure you really need those cards you're buying at each town and don't just buy them for the sake of buying all the cards.

Thanks for the info. I get what you are saying, but I never have beans enough for buying all the cards!
And the original post is about the the quest... And not the stack of cards. So I don't get it probably. And will not get it, because off the lack of beans ;).

I don't think the automated system is very smart. If you put periods between the numbers, it probably thinks it is a URL or an IP Address and will flag the message. Looks like it works with commas.

My suggested strategy regarding card purchases: Don't ever buy all the cards. Only buy the "holy trinity" and focus on one manager the entire event. If you have to choose, always choose the event currency manager. Any business that only has a blue card manager should be avoided. For reference, a full stack of normal managers (starts at 25 cans) will cost 1070 to purchase, the blue stack costs 1200 for half as many cards. Focus on the highest production business (usually the last/farthest one) and don't upgrade other business managers. The last 3 businesses will always have higher production rates than any other by the end. Even just the 250 can upgrades will cost you in the long run when you need that extra 500 or a 1k, but you upgraded 2-4 managers at the beginning that can't produce even 1% of your highest manager in later towns. I usually look at the Mystery Box cards and pick the yellow card manager's business as long as the normal manager is also in the Mystery Box. If for some reason the normal manager isn't also in the Mystery Box with the associated yellow card (this doesn't usually happen), then I would go with the purple manager's business. Usually the purple card manager and the normal manager for that business are both in the Mystery Box. As much as you may want to, based on your Mystery Box rewards, *do not* switch the manager you are focusing on.
