Yesterday I had almost 2 points of ascension layer 2 and now it shows me less than 1 point...

Nothing changed there recently, no. Did you buy an ascension gameplay unlock? Those don't count towards the next layer so they lower your progress towards that for a bit (they don't reset upon reaching that layer either).

I bought nothing. It was like I opened the game after the night. progression about 80% to point 2 ascension layer 2 + 9h of ofline progress, 41prestige layer reached, after that I stopped the game without using the offline progress and after some time and with opening new windows with the same game to check some strategies I was below point 1 of ascension layer 2, the rest was OK (9h of offline progress + prestige layer reached).

There could be two possible reasons for this, both of which are uncommon.
If you've tested the game on multiple tabs, from the same browser and/or kong account, cloudsave could have gone with the wrong save as it can't determine which is the one you'd want to go with 100% accuracy. I love that people test different strategies on various windows to find what works best, but if you do that, I'd advise running seperate tests from an incognito tab or a different browser that is not logged in to the same kong account, just to be extra sure that cloudsave doesn't get confused between them.
It could also have happened that both cloudsave had not been able to update your save due to not having a working internet connection **and** the local save was dropped due to the browser cache being cleared. In this case it would go for the last available cloudsave, which might be a day behind? Again, this would only happen if both behind the scenes issues would emerge at the same time, but that's not impossible even tho uncommon.
In any case, the formula of AP gain has not changed, nor is it planned to nerf that at this time as I think the balance is quite good on that part.

Yeah, I have used the same browser (for the next checks I will use different browser, thx for the tip). I think that nothing wrong has happend with the save as I was on the same prestige layer (41) and had the same offline time to spend after I got the output nerfed.
The wird thing is that after a day of playing and ascension on lvl 2 I am on similar prestige level (40lvl) and it shows similar output - 58% progression to ascension layer 2. As far as I remember, I got ascension layer 2 points faster before. At ~54 prestige layer I ascended for 3 points of layer 2. Maybe I was using some kind of bug then without knowing it and now it is calculating correcly?
Currently I have, all gameplay unlocks of ascension layer 1 and floorskipper and 2 stats upgrades of ascension layer 2 + all trials lvl 1 and speed trial lvl2. Do you know how many ascension points layer 1 should I get for prestige layer 40? About 60 or much more?

Ascension layer 2 points are gained based on layer 1 points claimed, spent on stats and pending. So the more points you have on layer 1, the more you'd gain for layer 2. This goes for all ascension layer except layer 1, which is based on prestige layers and highest level reached in that ascension.
If you needed a lower prestige layer before, that means you had more points invested in ascension layer 1 at that time. To get to that same speed again, make sure to spend more points in ascension layer 1! Points spent on allstats count towards layer 2 progression, so aside from the prestige reset, there is no harm in getting those
