Prestiging to a layer lower (that we may call p) than the highest layer affected by soft-prestige on every floor (that we may call m) change makes it that only the layers from 1 to p-1 actually soft prestige.
The layers from p to m-1 on the other hand don't soft prestige at all.
This makes it really impraticable as I manually prestige the first few times after a big layer progress
