is there a way to scroll through upgrades? like after reseting, be able to click certain ones that go off below screen (move them up or whatever via a drag was expected but didn't happen)

I've got almost 800 RP's and I've done everything listed in Research already. Unless there's an "Unlock more Researches" thing that I haven't gotten yet.
