We'd like to share our Updates & Improvements list with you guys so that you can follow the development progress from the get-go!
We'll try to update those lists quite regularly and keep it up to date.
Feel free to leave your opinion, vision on the future of Area Raider – and you never know, maybe we decide to implement it someday and you'll be able to play it!

**Upcoming Game Updates/ Improvements LIST**
* Progression/balance improvements for raiders, upgrades, area difficulty
* MORE skills, and meaningful special raider abilities (mages spawning units, splash damage...)
* (SORTED) All those aliens you are saving will give you some cool boosts & help you unlock skills later in the game
* More interesting area scaling mechanics, with different tower effects
* (SORTED) Quality Of Life stuff, like very useful buy/OCD buttons and other useful settings
* Fun secrets, boosts/ unlocks you will discover by freeing up various Government areas
* Other game modes/expansions of gameplay

Hey all!
We've promised you all that we'll be sharing more details about the upcoming updates and we just took a few minutes to write this down, so you'll have a clearer picture of what is all coming in the upcoming updates later on Area Raiders.
We are already working on the first set of updates, and here is more on what will all be released in the next steps:
1) We are expending the Unlocks section with a whole new concept. The update will probably be called 'The secret weapon city' (unless we find a better naming for this at the end :P )
However, this update will be about becoming a headman of the Raiders, working your ass off to get the free land to build up the resources on. Your mission will be to build-up a secret city, where the production of super-weapons will be done in complete secrecy! You'll need to build up the unsuspicious factories that will produce super-weapons you could later on manually use on the base attacks, to help you out destroy some stronger bases more easily!
2) In Part2 we'll be launching 'Training facilities' where every raider unit type can improve its skills and abilities. However, this will likely feature a neat queue training system, where you will train units in an order/specialization you choose/need.
3) Automation updates, Qol Stuff, improving UX, UI and adding 'Coaches' on the Training fields that will help you run training more efficiently!
Every set of updates will likely be released separately, and we'll release it as soon as we properly test them out. Feel free to join our Discord channel, where we'll share our work-in-progress (WIP), to stay up-to-date with the updates and release notes.
We hope you guys will enjoy playing this game with such updates coming up! We can't wait to release all of them, to make Area Raiders even more enjoyable to play for long periods! Here's a quick sum up of the next updates coming up on Area Raiders:
The next we are working toward the release of Achievements! With that update you'll get a better purpose of playing the game further, completing more goals and collecting more rewards.
But, that's not all…. We are also finishing the specifications of the further game addition/ gameplay extension- where you'll get the option to send the Raiders on the 'practice field' and improve their abilities. Let this be enough details for now.. We'll release a sneek peak into development of Achievements in the next week. Have fun you all and have a great wekeend!
