Thanks for the feedback! That's still the basic version of raiding and we are still polishing and further improving the game. There are some cool updates coming out soon, that will change and add additional value to skills, which should make the game a bit more enjoyable! However, did you try using the Prestige functions or invest those points into Skills yet?
