Before we begin I would like to establish some terminology and basic information on the bosses.
1. Boss can only be fought after completing the first 30 AI levels.
2. Bosses do a lot of damage, you will not be able to progress very far without the "Instead of dying, survive 1.5 seconds" equipment on your main tanking ships.
3. The bosses are in a reapeating cycle starting with Battlecruiser and ending with Lasercruiser.
Full order Battlecruiser->Corvette->Battleship->Dreadnought->Lasercruiser
4. Each time you defeat a boss you gain a stacking income boost, 5% per boss.
5. Bosses will be refered to by the % income boost you are currently on. For example the first Dreadnought is faced when you *currently* have a 15% income boost, so it is generally known as the 15% boss.
6. At higher levels Dreadnought is much harder than other bosses of similar %, getting stuck on a Dreadnought is quite normal.
7. There exists a common bug, where if you fight the boss then friendly battle another player, the boss is included in their fleet. Refreshing, fighting an AI battle, or fighting a PVP battle will fix this.
**Recommended *MINIMUM* Fleet Size per Boss:**
*-Adding 10 to 15 ships will make these much easier, but it is entirely possible to do with this many*

Note that for most of the bosses until ~30-60%, you may have better luck with just brute forcing them with fighter squares and a few loose frigates behind them.
For each boss I will create an example fleet with 150 ships as well as recommend equipment.
For all screenshots I will be using the default skins, for optimal clarity.
*Please note these are example fleets only and not intended to be copied exactly.*
**Battleship:**

Interceptor Squares push the Battleship back, along with the thorn fighters on the edge give a large map control bonus.
This boss is still fairly tricky and likely will require several attempts and small fleet adjustments.
**Dreadnought:**

The new strategy useful for Dreadnought is the "nose-cone" of fighters, added to the front of a frigate squadron. This will save the whole stack of wedges from being obliterated from an unlucky shot from Dreadnought.
Dreadnought also has thorns, so you will have to have capacitors on your frigates to prevent them from dying.
If you still have trouble with frigates dying from thorns, switching All Attack+7 to Overload+20% will save you a significant amount of frigate health, at the cost of only 1-2% less damage per second.
This is the hardest boss. It may take you many tries and dozens of small tweaks to your fleet to get through this one. One or two fighters in different places can make an enourmous difference.
**Lasercruiser:**

If your interceptors are very low level, frigates should work just as well. Consider switching Overload+4% per attack to All Attack+7 or Overload+20%
**Battlecruiser & Corvette:**
These bosses are quite weak. Try using a similar fleet as for Dreadnought, but replace Capacitors with Overload/All Attack+, as these bosses do not have thorns.
Hope this helped. Good luck beating your bosses!

Very nicely done Qrsmith!
If i may add a small footnote: If you keep getting 55% - 75% make small changes like moving a squad 1 square or moving a couple of fighters for distractions, after making a change have a few fights before making another change to give RNG a chance as RNG plays a big part in close battles.

Thank you everyone for the great feedback, I'm glad this is helpful.
Some small updates, I will add these to the main post Wednesday, as it takes quite some time for posts with images to be manually approved by Kong and I would like this to be up as everyone is working on their bosses Monday.
The numbers should be 1,2,3 etc. instead of 1,1,1 (thanks Kong auto list your the best!!!)
The "fighter" screenshot for the Dreadnought example fleet is supposed to be a figher, it should be the exact same as is on the battleship example. (Thank you m0bitz for pointing this out!).
I have found a new method for battleship, tried vs 110% battleship today worked very well. 5 fighter squares with survive 1.5, 40% deflector, and 75% shield, backing these up is as many loose interceptors as you can get. The interceptors push the battleship super far backwards, giving you a damage bonus and taking away the battleships damage. When I tried this vs the 110% battleship I got all the way to 199% my damage and 1% his damage at the very end. It didn't stand a chance.
For the interceptor upgrades I used Firepower 40%, Overload+4% per attack, and All Attack+7%. This may not be optimal, it is just the first thing I tried (to great success!).

Added a table of recommended ships per boss, changed the recommended battleship fleet, and added some tips for the early bosses. I hope this helps!
Also for Dreadnought boss you may have more success with having the stack of frigate wedges all the way forward, instead of one tile back, this will help the backline get in range faster.
