1. If i sent army with several Governors to an enemy village and capture it, all Governors disappeare or only 1?
2. If i sent more gold to a city than city gold capacity, over limit gold disappear?
|

Not sure about Governors, but if you send too much gold (that would overfill capacity, the remaining amount is returned to the origin city.

one one govenor is spent.
leftover gold returns to original city. (there's some bugs if you try to stop the gold sending before and after reaching the city it was being sent to... first bug is instant teleportation if canseled before reaching destination. other bug is it just vanishes if you cansel when its returning) please note that there's a visual and notification oops that returning gold (or workers) say that they arrived at wrong destinations, they arrived in correct first city not second city twice.

And more questions:
1. Does Hydroplant building built only in coastal cities or any?
2. If i burn or capture all barbarian cities, will new ones appear?
3. How to stop auto-capture of cities from influence?
4. If cities connected to the capital by railroads, its lose bonus for gold production from roads, or not?
5. How much relics spawns on game map?
|
|
|
metadata
1. hydroplant building learned at electricity research is any city.
2. if you didn't disable the setting for new cities to spawn in the options, yes. EDIT: takes awhile if u burn too many at once.
3. you can't. just make less culture and don't buy (more) ouroboros, and avoid grabbing influence changes in social policies to delay when the cities start flipping to you.
4. no, railroads stacks another movement speed boost (x2) and a 25% production boost ontop of the x2 movement and the 25% gold for roads. you can also skip roads and build rails to get the same total effects of x4 movement and 25% prod and gold boosts.
5. 100 always, most people get 95 or 97. some are behind cities, but visible infront of anything else.

Ok, thank tou, **soul4hdwn**
And one more question. Capital town (so capital distance penalty is zero) with 29 citizens needs 103 additional Happines for full Happines (dont calculate other bonuses). How much additional happines needs for 119 citizens city?

But when you start produce Progress all you Spells effects are disappear... Or Deity powers still works?
And one more question: If i Reincarnate or Time Travel, stored Daily bonuses disappeared or not?
|
|
|
metadata
timetravel is just another reincarnation but for different resource. daily doesn't care about that info just if its a new day or not.
also its apparently -3.5% happiness per citizen (with an off by 1 error so 19 = 70, 20 = 74 because rounding) as of this post so 119 = 420 neat joke i guess =p EDIT: nope its 368 for some reason lol at least thats what my cities show for just the population heappiness penalty.
spells disappear, so all incremental goes away. if horus, your trade routes don't go away if you already made them.
powers never go away.

You need Diplomacy tech, some trade routes with target civ (with Embassy and Consulate in cities which have trade routes). When you good relationships with target civ has reached a certain level, you can accept Defencive pact and in the next step you can become ally.
And the next question:
How much charges needs for God of idlers spell that it happines effect became larger then Artist bonus?

50% seemed to be correct based off my last kala run. the higher health, the less losses of any kind even during plauge. of course you can just have 1000 doctors and the plauge vanishes in 2 seconds...

Maybe you dont have enough gold, or if you recruit workers, you dont have enough citizens
One more question: can world generate 8 hills, or 8 forests around you capital?
|
|
|
metadata
@Cobradu42: If you just reincarnated, iirc, the x10/x100 opens up at a certain research level. I want to say Archery, but not 100% sure.
@ArXeus: It CAN happen, but would be hella rare. Why so rare? Because random. Personally, have had a run with 6 forrests surrounding my capital. And have had all 8 surrounding tiles be grasslands with no forrests or hills.

Quarantine Station does town to immune for plague or only protect near towns and trade routes from plague propagation but town with Quarantine Station still can became plagued with low health and still needs Plague Doctors for cure?
Does difficulty affect the rate of new barbarian cities appearing?
|
|
|
metadata
To MY understanding (which I may wrong, as I have only done 2 tech runs so far and thus have litle experience with the buildings that require gear progress), the quarantine station doesn't prevent the plague from hitting that city, but it does prevent it from SPREADING FROM that city to others. You would still need/want plague doctors to deal with the plague ifit hits to prevent deaths in that city though.
AFAIK, the only time the dificulty setting has any bearing on plague is the fact that if you are on Peaceful, there will be no plagues at all. Period. Unless there is a Batara cult that starts one. I *personally* have not noticed any increased plauge chances going, for example, from Normal to Hardcore.
