When you reincarnate, the AI also gets bonuses based (I assume) on the faith they collected, and (probably?) only if they reached religion before they were destroyed.
I'm planning on Time Travelling in a few hours, and I just want to know if they still get the reincarnation bonus if I do this. I know they don't get any lightbulbs, but the in-game help doesn't say they don't get anything at all.

Having now time travelled, I believe they don't. Some civilizations did have some faith accumulated, but nothing seems to be moving any differently than the first time.

Quite a while back, AI civs used to get bonuses from deific powers. However, there were issues resulting in players often getting shut down to 0 happiness due to AI civs getting influence too quickly, sometimes before the player could even research into the Ancient Era. Not an exageration, happened to me personally multiple times. And so those bonuses ended up being either removed, or nerfed to the point of being unnoticable. Probably safe to assume the same applies for time travel.
