Have a guild shop that will sell past event hero cards for daily medal contributions. Each card should cost like 5K-10K medals or so. It will motivate new players to
- work towards getting the maximum out of the daily reward
- help unlocking the clanchest
- get those cards as on begin stages they can't afford them while some of those event heroes are quite mandatory if you want to keep playing using a well-balanced team

have a button that lets you request a card in the clan
green card has maximum of 5 cards
orange card has maximum of 2 or 3 cards
purple card has maximum of 1 card
this may only be requested once every 8 hours

Show a small clan flag on the 3 arena opponents to easily see who's in the same clan
And maybe some more resource exchanges in trader:
* 1k green gems + 1k yellow gems + 1k red gems = 1k blue crystals
* 1k blue crystals = 1k green gems + 1k yellow gems + 1k red gems
* 100 red gems = 300 green gems / 100 yellow gems = 200 green gems / 100 red gems = 150 yellow gems

PLS can we agree that animation for pop up window (cards, rewards in raid ets) - the shaking - is annoying as hell.

Some clans get the chest on the first hour, it would be great if there are different levels of clan chests, so clan members can keep contribuiting.
Maybe somthing like this:
1st chest (keep the same medal goal to get it and maintain the same rewards as the actual)
2nd chest (150k medals and multiply rewards for 1.5x)
3rd chest (300k medals and multiply rewards for 2x)

When someone has all cards of an event hero then the event should give another reward instead of nothing. Preferably 1k purple stars (or 2k with blazon) per card, similar to daily quest giving those after Commander/King are complete. This way the event would help get those insane amounts of stars, and people would have a reason to keep doing events as best as possible.
Especially when both events give cards of the same hero ... o.O

Hello. Another suggestion that would be great is: Once you get all cards for green, orange and purple heroes, the buildings that gave cards should give stars or crystals instead of disapearing. so maybe the Barracks could give crystals, and the Tavern and hall of heroes could give stars.

When the arena resets:
1) Reset everyone to 50 points. All active and inactive players. Right now it makes more sense to pop onto the game just before the start of the arena sit in the raid or castle screen and you keep your league in the arena from the looks of it so your castle arena keeps giving stars based on that until you enter the arena screen which resets your arena points at some point. Also it would allow poeple to slowly get higher and higher leagues as more inactives pilled up.
2) Reset opponents in the arena at the start of a new arena. Right now your first match of the round is a wasted one since the opponents don't have the right values listed as well as almost no new targets as no one has been reset until they get hit once, log into the game or enter the arena. If everyone was reset it would fix this partially, but randomizing the opponents for the first fight of a new arena would make it more interesting then seeing the same people right away.
3) Reset the arena every 30 mins or hour for everyone in the game. Right now it looks like I could make some friends Rank my legaue upto some high number off them and then never go back to arena and never close the game in which case sitting in the castle I could collect all the stars for hitting a high league while for everyone else in the arena I could be listed as a newbie league member. Not sure if this is true, but from the looks of things this could work.
4) Also since the arena boxes can drop cards. Instead of dropping random cards have a hero that only comes from the arena box.

Another option for arena point system:
I was thinking of a system where you could only choose from 2 spots above you to 2 below you in ranking
fight 2 above: win +4, loss -1
fight 1 above: win +3, loss -2
fight 1 below: win +2, loss -3
fight 2 below: win +1, loss -4
This way you need to climb the ranking all during the week, and powerful late starters can't knock down someone from out of nowhere in the last few hours

It would be nice to include a "Surrender" button for those battles that drag on for a full minute+ which you obviously aren't gonna win as their tank has literally a million hitpoints. Thank you for having the timer so you don't get locked into such battles though.
Also as grind heavy as this game is, it would be really nice to have more automation: a "level all" button, some way to repeat patterns (like grinding the first 10 levels over and over for cards).
I understand the buildings generate such resources for afk play but this also takes a monumental amount of time.
The arena and castle raid matching balance seems really off and unforgiving for new players. It blows my mind to think how much time some people must have invested, or how long it would take to compete against them. There don't seem to be discrete tiers. The arena is largely inaccessible for me after spending all weekend and about $60 on Kreds. So grinding the castle raid at area 12 is basically the only way I'm gonna get resources needed to level artifacts, and it's just over and over and over and over and over and over (I'm not copy pasting here) and over and over and over and over and over and over and over...
I like the overall gameplay and the art, also the various abilities and the ways they interact. The combat mechanics are fun. It just seems really time intensive and unbalanced.

Please add an option to give up or to refuse tournament arena. I want to take out my squad from the tournament but I can't I'm poor and weak ingame anyone can easily spank and kill me any time

Hi I think it'd be good to see:
- Team/Hero combination presets for different situations
- Surrender button for battle, or at least ability to speed up battles
- Alternative rewards for if we have collected all cards for specific heroes, or finished daily quest etc

Coming after more than a month back to this game, and well I admit I was surprised, there were actually some minor improvements and not just adding new events.
But still, it is far away from the point where I completely enjoy it and when I am ready to buy Kreds for the game.
There are other games that deserve my KREDS (aka real money)
Good start devs, but just try implementing more of the stuff the players are suggesting. ;) You might be surprised with the rating and feedbacks. Try it. :)

After playing for a while I realise that upgrading the secondary stats on my heroes (eg DPS for a shooter) makes the special event raids harder - consider adding a reset option for each of the hero stats. Potentially you could have a small crystal refund, but I'd happily reset and lose what I've previously invested.
