I am finding it impossible to complete a raid as at least one of the 3 opponents is at least 100x more powerful than me.

Combined suggestion from Sajkijo and me:
1. This event should be held regularly like arena, entrance to this should be via clan structure itself.
2. Change the point system to the same as arena (attack stronger/weaker = more/less points) but instead of individual points it should be clanpoints that decrease or increase.
3. Instead of 3 castle and teleports they should give 5 random enemy clans and for 12h rounds allow them to fight each other (one member can defeat the same opponent only once per round but multiple different members can defeat the same opponent as well), so all of clan A can fight/defeat all of clan B 1x per round. This makes the number of active players become more important.
4. Most of all put some kind of max limit so it allows slower and weaker clans to participate more and thx for losing points all top clans will be put on disadvantage because they will be fighting each other.
5. But for all clan wars should be done by clan not by individual, some sort of averaging weighted power per clan so too strong individuals are kept in check by their weaker clanmates and don't dominate all. (see also pt 2)
6. Also if we have Battle Royal 6 clans against each other maybe there could be a possibility for temporary alliance so several weaker clans can team up to strike down stronger clans and keep "peace" agains each other, this would add negotiations and diplomacy to the mix and not make it all about strength. (see also pt 3)
7. Another possibility is to give all players same stats within the event, example all heroes all lvl 10, and then make it about strategy and being smart in the way you set up defense and attack. This would also give players the option to try out all the heroes in the event that they can't try out during normal gameplay because of crystal/stars shortages.
8. Also use separate currency and change the way to advance, as it is now weaker players will not be motivated to use portals just to find themselves thrown against invincible opponents and the need to use even more portals, this will just eat up their resources and hinder normal game progress. Similar for arena tickets.
Central idea of clan wars is that it should be that a clan's power comes from how many active players it has, and not about being the individually strongest or richest in tickets/portals. Other than arena, clan wars should be about who's clan is better managed and motivated.
Edit: Also it might be good to have statistics like win lose draw ratio, so you can check your progress and ammend your defence as well, also progress should be visible by clan (clan leaders scoreboard), it feels like it applies only to the top, that show top1 clan win contribution so other one clans can check but they don't see their own.

I find it impossible to get in a clan....For 2 weeks I am applying to different clans without results...and I have 25M power. :(

Allow clans to choose which clan they want to attack. An attack lasts 24 hours. Victory is determined by having more wins.
However, clans being attacked are able to counterattack. They can attack back the clan that targets them.
Thus, each clan can be fighting a maximum of 2 other clans at any given time: the clan they choose to attack, and clan they are defending against.
This forces each clan to strategically distribute their forces between attacking and defending when fighting two simultaneous battles.
And allows alliances to form. Example: Clan A tries to bully Clan B, but Clan B is allied with Clan C who then attack Clan A

First of all, map looks good gj! So i was thinking how to give that good assest more use. How about after defeating all 3 castles player can "own" that territory and build or occupy 1 resourse building that give small income. But so some players wont have insane number of buildings (like slanglord or HRSCC would have HUNDREDS). So to limit that player has to assign 1 hero to "guard" that mine. Hero stays in squad ofc. And maybe income would depend on hero level or artifact (has to added in game then) or some new hero skills that would increase income. Like artifact or additional skill that gives +1xRank cry or gold per day.
And that would make ALL heroes in game more valuable even those that are not in main squad. And that would work good with Soleil idea (above). Attacking and taking territory would lover income of attacked clan.
And so higher level heores with bigger boosts would stay in safer zones and "spare" ones would be sneaking into enemy territory.
edit: almost forgot. Player can move heroes from mine to mine. And that's like once a day or twice. Mb with portal player get additional move. So hero can escape if mine attacked. And if hero wont escape it wont be used for mines for some time. Like goes to tavern to heal or smth.
PS can you make so only people with more than 1 score in CW can post suggestion. Pana...

Your 16 per day isn't representative for the average player.
A lot of players aren't able to get into a clan, so those 5 per day from the clan chest are optional.
Also most don't have non-stop King blazons with x3 multiplier active, so you're only sure of 3 per day, any more are optional also.
With the portal building giving 1 per 12 hours that makes 5 per day that you can get for certain.
If you stay in context of the clanwar event where all involved are by default in a clan then you're certain of 10 per day (and even then it still needs assuming you're in a clan that can unlock the chest with sufficient time remaining for you to open it before it resets again, I've heard of clans that manage to unlock it with only a few minutes to spare).
