Not really looking for a response, just sharing my experience and venting a bit.
A couple of days ago I missed my first daily login since I started playing. Thus, my daily bonus reset from 46 days back to 1.
Argh!
This made an enormous difference in my progress. In the tournament three days ago I started bracket 8, and was comfortably able to hit wave 2150 or so before starting to fail waves regularly. In the current tournament I'm capping out at wave 2040ish.
The long and short of it is, do everything you can to log on every day for the daily bonus, even if it's just for a couple of minutes just for that purpose.
