Since I started te game about 3 weeks ago I ave ad problems loading. I found tat it will load eventually. Just keep reloading the game until you have the load bar - probably at 90% and ten you should have about 12 to 15 seconds wait until it completes. I have never failed to load with this. Yes of course it should be fixed. This was only on Chrome.
The only time I've had this problem mentioned by you was a new update was launched. Maybe there is a corrupted file of the game in your PC and chrome is loading it everytime.
I also have problems loading, which is especially frustrating given how much the game slows when it's been open for several hours. I often have to refresh the game while it's loading several times before it finally completes loading.
Chrome loads slow, has problems saving the game, and slows down after a few hours.
Firefox occassionally has problems saving but all-in-all works properly.
The solution here seems obvious...use Firefox, save diligently.
