What is the effect of crit armor, debuff ACC and debuff res attributes

Please note, that this is mostly untested, as I haven't seen enemies with significant debuff-related stats yet or crit armor above 0% on anything, including my own stat panel despite having items with that stat. It's just my interpretation of those stat names and how those values would make sense to be interpreted, since there's no dev-approved explanation as far as I know.
Crit Armor reduces an enemy's Crit Damage attribute.
The way I understand it (if it works at all given that it's always 0% on the stat screen), if an enemy has 50% crit damage and you have 15% crit armor, the enemy's crit deals a total of 35% (50% attacker crit damage -15% defender crit armor) bonus damage to you.
No idea what happens if your crit armor is higher than the enemy's crit damage; could be a normal hit or paradoxally a hit that does less than 100% normal damage.
Debuff Accuracy and Debuff Resistance are applied to the default 100% chance to get a debuff. So far I haven't seen a debuff that has a different chance to be applied. Debuffs include stuns from Slash lvl 5 and Ice Shield lvl 10, damage over time from Fireball level 5, stat decreases from Break Weapon and Break Armor and such.
How it probably works: If you have 25% Debuff Accuracy and the enemy has 50% Debuff Resistance, you have a 75% chance to apply a debuff (100% base + 25% your Accuracy - 50% enemy Resistance).
If your Debuff Accuracy is higher than the enemy's Debuff Resistance, you don't have a chance to apply two debuffs (125% chance could also be interpreted as a 100% chance for one debuff and 25% chance for another), it's just rounded down to 100%. This is tested in the current build, as I have 35% Debuff Acc on one of my items and none of my Fireballs have applied two DoT effects against enemies with 0-5% Debuff Res.
