Would take load off of support as well as make a better game.
I got a great read reading from support yesterday that told me things I did not know and I have been playing weekly for a year.
I paid for vip. It was great until one day it just quit working. That was over two weeks ago. I have contacted customer support which took almost a week to get back to me. They asked for more information. I gave them everything the same day. It had now been another 5 days and I have received no response. I have done everything I can to make sure the game is up to date as well as restore transactions. I am to the point that I don’t even want to play anymore. I cancelled auto renewal on my vip subscription because of the horrible customer service. I am supposed to still have it until May 10. We will see.

I know you're working hard on *Idle Frontier* but I have to ask –
Why is there no special event for Halloween on Royal Idle?
Bringing the main game up for Royal Idle says that "**A Tale of Bees**" is scheduled for today event. Is there just not enough players for this game to make it worthwhile?
