This has been happening since the new event started. I will play for awhile, close out, and when I come back I have lost all the progress I had.

Ive lost all prgress too. Happened last 2 events. I sent feedback and they sent some gems with apologies but still not fixed this. Think I'll quit this game

I just lost all progress from town 4 and actually ended up back on town 3 from scratch. All manager levels lost as well as anything I've earned the past two days. I'm not doing this B.S. all over again

I keep losing my progress in the new event too and it’s me very frustrated and that’s giving pg reply to this post

I wonder if it has to do with the event not auto saving - I’ve noticed on mine for a while that it was sometimes going more than 30 minutes without saving when I click on the gear.

Usually when you do anything like minimize the app or something, it should auto save, in my experience on iOS. It I do usually check to make sure it has saved because yes, that could be the problem, I’ve had it do that for me before. Which is how I know the tasks you get, and rewards are random haha.

For those who have paid money, lost progress, and opened a ticket to support, have you received refunds or “gifts” equivalent to what you spent? There appears to be a pattern and it may become necessary to engage resources outside Kongregate to obtain restitution and satisfactory resolution.
