I can't watch a video to get any 2x multiplier without it crashing game. Its one in particular, it's sponsored by Tasty something or other. I'm not happy, and deserve compensation of some sort. It greatly affects my outcome on winning which I obviously won't like this. Please fix it.

Tasty Tycoon is ad. And after 10 times of having to restart game, only to be kicked off is really bothering me.

And again. Rebooted phone, etc. And did it again. I've wasted too long screwing around with this problem, and wasted too much of my time. An hour of no 2x multiplier hirts...

2 more times again... sadly, this was my holiday plans, this 3 day weekend, trying to dominate the leaderboard. That's the whole process of the event, right? So what now? Try and try again? And try again after that?

Just tried again, and this time, the ad wasn't Tasty Tycoon, and it worked, but now I'm still dramatically behind, losing my time before bed to get situated so I can keep earning while I sleep. Smh

Guess I should have knocked on wood... tried watching a video to get 20 free apples, and Tasty Tycoon ad was back, and crashed game again. Besides uninstalling this, and never redownloading, what else can I do? I like winning, but I've got to be able to play it first, properly.

I'll do the ticket thing, but not crossing fingers over wasted time. Thanks. Tho, you would think they would more frequently monitor posts here, especially here, where the forum was made to tell them of problem.

So, the email generated from my support ticket says closed on the weekends, and allow 2 to 3 business days to get a response. Sigh
