Are card rewards from events supposed to be for the Main game? Just curious because I have never received any in messages in the Main game, only the potions (if I even receive those post-events).

Any rewards you get in the main game should be in your mail box in the main game. Under the settings / purple gear in top corner.

Sounds like I need to submit a ticket then since those never appear for me after events, and even the potions only appear that after some events but not others.

Yeah, I’ve had to contact support a few times for those issues and always been resolved.

How long does it usually take for them to respond back and do something? (and are you having to for every single event?)

They are usually pretty fast with a response, sometimes under 24 hours. Other times it takes days. And not every event, although there was a time it felt like every event, it’s been working fine for the last few for me so far. Only time will tell.

They responded, but claimed that I had been claiming all of my rewards, including cards, in the main game. Kinda hard to claim things that were never in my mail in the first place...
And then just this afternoon (a few minutes ago in fact), an email for cards from this event showed up in my mail. I left the game briefly to email to add a note to the ticket, and came back to find the still-unread email completely gone without me ever having touched it. >.<
