I have not been getting my ad free benefits that I pay for monthly on almost a week. I have contacted kongregate and have not received a response. That was four days ago.

Just a shot in the dark, but try going into setting and hit the restore transactions. Nothing to lose.by giving it a shot.

Already did that. They take over a week to respond and still do nothing
