There is a bug in this game where it doesn’t keep you signed in to your Kongregate account.
I lost progress very early on, then again just now after getting 3rd in the event.
I’ve sent a trouble ticket.

Yeah support was completely useless when I wrote to them about this issue. They didn’t even acknowledge it was a known issue even though it was happening across every tap idle game (royal frontier) and those support teams acknowledged it. That makes me wonder if this game is already abandoned by the developer or they don’t have a good team working on it.

Oh, my mistake. Gmail filtered their response to a different folder I never check. Marc is working on it now.

Well, they weren’t able to restore progress, but gave me gold to warp back to where I was.

They actually applied the gold to the first pocket Politics. Face palm. Waiting on response.

This morning MY progress reset again. It also won't let me log back in to my account either on the app, i had to come to the website to lost this. i guess the progress reset bug is back :( this time it pbly happened on this app, not the ofher games.

I’m fairly certain the progress reset bug is when it doesn’t keep you signed into kongregate. I’ve signed in 3 or 4 times on this game. They need to get it fixed.

I can’t tell if this is just the early phase of this game and they haven’t ramped up support and advertising yet, or if it’s dead in the water and they’re killing it off.

They made good on it today. Probably just 1 guy in support for multiple games.
