Basically title. What should I focus on buying from the shop?

Ob. / Off. Timers - Probably the best stuff here, really pushes out those timers to give more per reset.
Auto-Research - First rank is super useful to unlock the feature, but beyond that its just 2% Ob. per level
Challenges - Convenient, but I'm not sure how impactful it is overall
Auto-Runes - It spends Offerings way too slowly to keep up, so its really just 2% Off. per level
1% Everything - Seems good, but I've been concentrating on Offerings, and 2% from Auto-Runes seems better than this.
I'd say the order is something like this, but I'm sure people have done actual math for a better list:
1x Auto-Research
1x Challenge Completions
7x Ob. Timer
7x Off. Timer
7x Auto-Rune
6x Auto-Research
7x 1% Everything

I don't have the quark shop challenge completer, yet it only takes 5 seconds for all my challenges to autocomplete. It might seem convinient early on, but it ends up being a waste of quarks.

1 level of Auto Research should definitely be bought ASAP so that you can leave the game to buy obtainium generation researches on it's own.
After that, offering timer should be maxed out first, since pushing that timer by 120s means a lot more than pushing obtainiums 3,600s timer by 120s. Also because offerings are a bit harder to come by than obtainium.
I personally find the challenge completer quite convenient and don't regret the purchase at all, especially pre 5x11-15 researches, and especially since quarks really start rolling in with challenge completions and higher achievements. But you can absolutely get by without it.
Auto Offering just doesn't seem that useful to me except for the 2% offering gain it gives. And if I'm buying it for that, I might as well buy the cash grab and boost everything.
