Pretty short, basically when I prestige, atleast 80% of the time my diamonds go to what they should be for like 0.2 seconds, before reverting back to 0. No form of auto transendence or reincarnate is enabled. What could be causing this problem?

Could it be an auto-buy that is enabled? Chalenge can also do that kind of thing. Could it be that you auto re-entered one without noticing?

I've just checked, and Re-enter successfully completed challenges is disabled. Just incase, I tried disabling all the autobuys and the problem still happens. Perhaps it has something to do with my challenges not resetting to 0 when I reincarnated despite the fact they used to and I haven't bought the relevant research ?

for the chalenge, what have you bought in the shop? One of the upgrade is suposed to do something like that, though the description is a bit vague on what it does exacly. Any other strange behavior? Have you tried to export the game then refresh the page? Closing the browser completely or rebooting the computer sometime solve that kind of problem. Btw, what browser are you using? Did you update it recently? Do you observe the same thing if you try to import your save in another browser? Sorry if this is a lot of question...

So turns out the challenges are completed because of an Item I have bought in the shop, although that still shouldnt reset my diamonds to 0 upon prestige
There is no other strange behavior as far as I know - I have refreshed, and exported and loaded. I have restarted my computer -
I am using google chrome, which is up-to-date. I do not know if It got updated recently

If changing browser fails, try the discord server, you'd probably have more chance there, or at least a quicker response.

Maybe a bit late, but are you sure the problem isn't auto accelerator boost buying? Those reset diamonds to zero if you don't have the appropriate mythos upgrade, and starting challenges resets it, if I remember correctly
