I am only about a week ahead of you, but I do see one change I would make in Offerings. You should have maxed the timers before working on auto. That being said I thought things would pick up after c++, but this portion of the game is a really big wall. Getting to ants is a long haul because the only way to increase your abilities are runes and advanced research. Both are very expensive and slow to make decent gains in. I ran the game all day yesterday and went from e968 to e1014 (particles) after applying all of my gains to SI runes and research 1x16.

Set your reincarnation timer to the optimal timer in the research tab, and the transcension timer to the optimal timer in the runes tab. This will increase your obtainium gain and offering gain, allowing you to progress.

Thank Glynnfaxnarn, I hadn't realised quite how the timers upgrades worked.
@gapples2, So I should be interacting with the game a lot less than I am at this point with it reincarnating like once an hour or so?

Sadly, yeah. The game becomes a waiting game after you get to a certain point.

You should prioritize getting thrift rune to level 200 to maximize your offering recycle chance. Do this before leveling up any other rune, because getting thrift to 200 will make leveling any rune easier. Also, prism rune is really bad compared to other runes at your stage of the game, so don't focus too much on it.

Setting your reincarnation timer to its optimal timer will allow you get the maximum amount of obtanium without diminishing returns. You can also set your transcension timer to its optimal timer to get the maximum amount of offerings without diminishing returns as well but doing so will make you produce less atoms.

Optimal Reincarnation Time for Obtainium [Assuming e22 Upgrade bought]:

On the upgrades tab, the Green section for Particle Upgrades, the far right upgrade on the second row costs 1e22 Particles.
> Gain more Obtainium from Reincarnations based on how long your current reincarnation is.
> Cost: 1.00e22 Particles
> Effect: Your patience will allow you to gain ???.??x more Obtainium on Reincarnation.

Assuming you have over 1e22 particles and have bought the Particle upgrade to improve Obtanium return. Then on the Research tab underneath the buy1/buymax button there should be a sentence that says
> Optimal Reincarnation Time for Obtainium [Assuming e22 Upgrade bought]: ???? Seconds.
And on the Runes tab it should say at the top
> You have ??? Offerings
> Gain ???* EXP per offering sacrificed. Optimal Reset time for Offerings: ???? Seconds.
On the Transcension tab at the bottom there is the Auto Transcend button and below it the Mode button. With Auto Transcend off, hit the mode button until it says Mode : TIME and then type in the number of seconds it says on the Runes tab. Then turn Auto Transcend to Auto Transcend [ON]
On the Reincarnation tab at the bottom there is the Auto Reincarnate button and below it the Mode button. With Auto Reincarnate off, hit the mode button until it says Mode : TIME and then type in the number of seconds it says on the Research tab. Then turn Auto Reincarnate to Auto Reincarnate [ON]
This will transcend and reincarnate at the optimal rate to accrue Obtanium and Offerings which can be used to buy things which increase your rate of gaining currencies.

Ooh, neat trick. I've been wondering if I should set my reincarnation timer according to obtainium optimum or offering optimum. It never even crossed my mind to use the transcension timer and have it both ways.
(Myself, I've already gotten to ants; they didn't accelerate my progress as much as I had hoped...)

You should consider respecing your quarks.
The suggested route is to cap both timer upgrades first. The rewards scale alot faster with time than with the auto upgrades.
