Judging from several posts here, it sounds like you can specify a time somewhere and the game does an autotrancendence / autoreincarnate after exactly this time. This would be very useful indeed. However, I can only specify a factor, to prestige when mythos has grown by this factor and a factor to reincarnate when particles have grown by this specified factor.
Is there such a box where I could enter the recommended 600s and 3600s? If yes, where is it? Is this unlocked by something I do not have yet?
Edit: I found it. There is a tiny green line below the [Auto-Transcend [ON] ] Button. If you click this line (precisely), then it expands into a toggle button, that lets you switch time mode and amount mode. Constructive criticism: There is not need to hide this very important option like this. Make it always visible.

Click on the button that currently says Mode: AMOUNT.

I have no idea what you mean by tiny line. The button is there normally. Maybe your game is using wrong resolution.
