For example 'corporate multi' in favours, i cannot see what this changes, but would be good if there was a short guide to explain what each bonus does and if it affects other bonus' then what.

Should be "keeps assistants when resetting for favors." Otherwise whenever you do a favor reset you lose all your purchased assistants and have to do manual upgrading until you can buy them again.
