Hello guys, here's the procedure to report a bug in game to customers support 1 - Click the "?" button in the bottom left corner of game:  2 - You will get to our Helpshift, click the "Contact Us" button:  3 - Fullfil the requested fields before click the "Submit" button:  4 - Here's how you can find your User ID:   5 - If asked from customers support, here's how you upload logs:  6 - Better to also report the Log ID to the customer support, you can find it in a popup box just after sending:  Thanks for Your Attention! Can't report a bug if the game is frozen and won't let me click on anything.

Maybe there's a way to reproduce, you report that in your ticket, after a game restart of course

Can't report a bug if the game won't load and is stuck on the grid screen... 2 different browsers, and multiple reset's and time waiting

We need the console logs and more details, like operating system and browser, eventually extensions and so on, maybe joining our discord would be faster

I can't click anything the tutorial want me to click on something else and each time I do it the game freeze

wolfgang with the "counter after getting countered" doesn't benefit from "counters are 30% stronger"

I've sent an official report+logs when I could but here's a visual. When the tutorial walks me through the Equipment combination, the end result has this blue film over it and the whole game freezes. The good news is refreshing the tab resolves the problem and I get the combined result in inventory. The bad news is refreshing appears to reset whatever flag triggers the tutorial.
