If you remove an inactive guild member, it removes all of their past stone contribution. How does this make any sense to help guilds grow????

So if it would stay and someone comes with 500b stone and leaves later, it would be fair ?

Why wouldn't it be fair if stone stayed in the guild? You were in a guild benefiting from it's level/buildings and the guild benefits from you investing stone in it. You leave to go to another guild, old guild loses production and you lose the stone invested. It would seem perfectly fair to me.

Yes. If someone donates "500b stone" and then is inactive for 1,000+ hours and is kicked to make room for new members to grow the guild, the stone should stay with the guild.
After all, they donated the stone to...........***The Guild***.
Pretty sure this is how almost every MMO guild system works

Honestly guys, I'm still 'young' and I'm in a guild that's mostly inactives kept in for their stone with a just-checking-in-leader... Honestly its a great beginner clan, but long-term?? I don't really think so, the leader kinda makes or breaks a clan imo. Now I just doubtlessly invest my stone for more personal boosts. If ya change the system, I would just be stockpiling stone/getting nrg limit up... And by now I'd be out of there or at least looking for something more 'solid'. But I'd like to wait untill I really get out of my 'baby shoes'. I'm pretty sure real active clans don't need to hog inactives that donated a lot of stone;-)
If you change the system, top clans will be a lot more eager to kick out ppl... and if they really liquify their memberbase on a constant basis, they'd be killing actives into inactivity... just to steal their invested stone as the leader maxes what he considers to be 'his bonus';-) Just like on a lot of other clan-games, top clans egoistic everything-to-stay-on-top actually 'kill' active high-ranking (donating) ppl by ruining their fun or plain kicking them (into inactivity, if you were no1 clan, you're not gonna settle for 5th... the reduce in bonus will set them back so much, they just loose intrest to rebuild/catch up again)

The stone contribution of high level guilds comes from stone pushing. Not your daily stone from mining. The difference is a factor of about 40,000 x of what you get daily. If stone pushing was a one time deal for only 1 guild it would encourage top guilds to replace members once they stone pushed for people who haven't done it yet. It would kill player's motivation to keep playing if the game worked like that.
