if your max fuel is 5.40, have both hybrid and storage and use hybrid mode, if stored fuel hits 8.10 hybrid mode breaks and does nothing until this value is something else but 8.10

Is it not providing mi at that point, 8.1 is 150% of 5.4 so it shouldnt be getting more fuel, rather it should be getting mi
but if you havent already you most likely should move on, hybrid is ussaly horrible compared to fuel/mi

issue is that its not providing fuel either, this is particular spot where game doesnt know what it should be collecting.
and Im not on overclocker stages yet so hybrid is fine and solid use to avoid micromanagement
