After a certain point of time, the price of the equipment increses out of random, despite not clicking on them. Example level 0 mace (still level 0) spiking up to 1033 metal when you leave its tab. The price activates on click but then goes down to its original price (a level 12 sheild that cost 796 wood going down to a level 13 costing 356 wood).
