As was stated by ZShadow (I think that was his name), this is not the only contest that will be held, and there are likely to be other contests that are for non-US residents as well….except Australians. “if were there”? I live in Spain, we have GameStop here: [http://www.gamestop.es/](http://www.gamestop.es/) But the shops don’t have any cards, and they (the guys running the store) don’t even know what Kongregate is.

What a silly thread. This competition isn’t for the players, it’s for Gamestop. They own Kongregate and they want people to come into their store. It’s that simple. And complaining over one little card is overkill. It’s a single card. It’s a decent card, but not necessary. Maybe, perhaps, some kind of company or something will do a competition in your country, but as it stands, since this IS being put on by Gamestop, they will do whatever they want.

Other contests weren’t US only… but, I remember one contest about winning something on White Castle, I don’t remember people complaining about this being unfair…

I’m surprised that nobody has mentioned yet that there’s a lot of legal issues in running a lottery or competition, and that this might be the reason this particular promotion is only running in the US.

i agree with the downrating. they say f.o to non-us. well we say f.o to tyrant. sounds fair to me
